Folks,
It is about a month away from our Maze Maize here in PV. The date for the Maze is Sunday November 1st.
I have been in contact with the persons in charge of the maze and they have offered us an opportunity to get the maze for zero cost. What they need is some volunteers to help out there at the maze over the next few weeks. Below is a list of dates and times they need us. Now the last day Saturday Oct 31st they need a couple of people a couple of times. But I want to see if the monarchy would OK asking them if they could us more if not all of us that whole day since it is their Haunted Maze.
Now the way the volunteering works is you work for them for 4 1/2 hours per shift. 1/2 hour of it is training and for helping out that shift you get 2 free passes to the maze that can be used for our personal use night. Below is the email I received from the contact person for the Maze. Her info is attached so if you want to volunteer for any of the shifts you can contact her directly. I must enforce one thing here. She is ONLY to be contacted for volunteering for shifts. Any other questions about our use of the Maze are to be directed to me and only me.

Sunday, Oct. 4 from 2:00 to 6:30 p.m - need one person
Sunday, Oct. 11 from 2:00 to 6:30 p.m. - need two persons
Monday, Oct. 12 from 2:00 to 6:30 p.m. - need one person (Columbus Day)
Sunday, Oct. 18 from 2;00 to 6:30 p.m. - need two persons
Saturday, Oct. 31 from 1:00 to 5;30 p.m. - need two persons (Haunted Maze)
Saturday, Oct. 31 from 5:30 to 10 p.m. - need three persons (Haunted Maze)

Hope that helps. Let me know if you have questions. Basically anyone in your group who volunteers will get 2 free maze passes and a refreshment coupon for a drink and a snack. They will be helping with taking ticket money and selling concessions and explaining the maze. They can dress casually but layer up as it can get cold out there in October.
