Where are the other amtgards. i will be going to california pretty soon now and want to find out if im going to be able to continue my training as a monk there.
Wavehaven is in Santa Cruz approximately 30 minutes from San Jose, there is a chapter in San Jose now that is starting up as well. Berkeley is 30 minutes or so from San Francisco, and Crimson Wood is about 45 minutes North of San Fran.
Wavehaven and Crimson Wood are on Satrudays, the other two play on Sunday.
No clan is still there and it will be starting the 23rd of July, duh. Its not possible to cancel clan. soo many people go. I have to go this year, if not my year will be completely ruined. I don't know where you get off saying its canceled. Also, what the heck is with the was, Clan hasn't even passed yet. You should have said (is), Tard.

It's because Lurker is mean. Clan has not been canceled and I don't share Lurker's beliefs that the event is not a good one for new folks.
It could be said that it is not a great event for young kids because of bad attitudes that people get on the ditch field when you have so many different style of "Amtgard" fighting come together. But even that can be overcome to have a great event by just sitting out when it gets rough.
